Position: BDC Service Representative
Full-Time Opportunity: 5 Day Work Week
Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Manage online inquiries from customers, ensuring the dealership maximizes its profit potential on Internet sales while adhering to established standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects through their preferred channels, whether by phone or email.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all dealership offerings.
  • Direct customers to relevant product information resources, including online platforms.
  • Assist customers in their decision-making process.
  • Understand customer mindsets and implement strategies to encourage visits to the service center for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Regularly monitor and respond to emails and inquiries, ensuring timely communication with other departments and customers.
  • Handle incoming service appointment calls.
  • Conduct outbound calls for various marketing initiatives (e.g., service reminders, recalls, missed appointments).
  • Perform appointment confirmation calls.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide assistance at the main desk as needed.
