Key Responsibilities
  • Operate automatic and manual transmission trucks, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Manage daily paperwork, including freight bills, load sheets, and electronic logbooks.
  • Comply with state and federal regulations, including hours of service, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Load and unload full trailers of freight, adhering to customer requests.
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements.
  • Minimum 1-year previous tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level that allows communication and comprehension of job-related information.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations.
  • Meet or exceed medical standards of the U.S. Dept. of Transportation and have a valid DOT Medical Card.
