Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled CAPA Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a CAPA Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving quality issues in our manufacturing plant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA Quality System Regulations
- Develop and implement effective CAPA plans to prevent recurrence of quality issues
- Provide training and support to colleagues on quality procedures and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality procedures and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations
- Experience with CAPA systems and quality management software
