Assemble and package bumpers and cross members in accordance with client specifications.
Ensure adherence to production timelines and execute tasks as per Process Data Sheets (PDS) guidelines.
Organize and stage materials, including assembly components, packing items, and various subcomponents.
Operate tow motors for product changeovers, staging, and shipping tasks.
Uphold product quality standards while maximizing productivity.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Equipment Safety Analysis (ESA), and Area Safety Analysis (ASA). Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Maintain effective communication with Supervisors, colleagues, Engineers, and Management regarding pertinent issues and concerns.
Facilitate fixture changes and setups for diverse product types while performing fixture maintenance.
Document quality and productivity metrics as required.
Conduct housekeeping duties as necessary.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
High school level reading and writing proficiency.
Mechanical aptitude and dexterity.
Valid tow motor/lift truck certification.
Basic mathematical skills.
Familiarity with basic hand tools.
Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Lift and pack items repeatedly (3 to 6 lbs.).
Engage in some heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs., of a non-repetitive nature.
Work with sharp tools and edges on components.
Exhibit attention to detail during inspections.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Stand, walk, and move about for extended periods exceeding one (1) hour.
Perform repetitive turning and lifting motions as required.
Work overtime as necessary and manage the pressures of meeting schedules and shifting priorities.
Possess basic computer/PC knowledge and skills.
Interact with all levels of employees.
Fulfill position requirements while utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as mandated, including but not limited to eye, ear, and foot protection.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
