Contract UAS Systems Engineer

Platform Aerospace is looking for a skilled Contract UAS Systems Engineer to join our team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting equipment log reports, diagnosing and resolving operational problems, and performing routine and preventative maintenance for aircraft systems and subsystems. Your duties will also include ensuring standards are implemented and upheld in everyday activities.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in engineering and maintenance roles. They will possess strong technical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Familiarity with military aviation operations is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Please note that up to 100% CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required, and the successful candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance. A valid driver's license is also a requirement.
