Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The estimated salary for this position is $30-$40 per hour, based on location and experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Delivering and coordinating quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Observing and assessing patient condition and care needs, reporting changes in condition to the supervisor and/or physician as appropriate.
  • Documenting all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner whenever care is delivered.
