Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Arrowleaf. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in accordance with state food and nutrition guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares and cooks food for large numbers of people
• Cleans and sanitizes the dining room, kitchen, and storage area
• Monitors food temperatures and records temperatures according to established policy
• Ensures proper quantities of food are prepared and follows established time schedules
• Lables, dates, and stores food properly according to established policies

Requirements:

• GED/HS Diploma required
• Must obtain food handlers manager's license within 30-60 days of hire
• Experience cooking in a commercial environment preferred
