Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Crofton, MD market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality completion of all maintenance tasks and projects at their assigned association.

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Repairs: Address repair requests from residents and promptly resolve issues related to common areas.
  • Groundskeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pools.
  • Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous maintenance experience.
  • Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4 hours per day.
  • Ability to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions.
  • General computer skills.
  • Valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
