DaVita is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

About the Role

As a Nurse at DaVita, you will be responsible for delivering care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. You will work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- You might also have experience in the following that can be helpful but not required: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
