Job Summary:

NP Now is seeking a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Brighton, MA. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals and families in our community.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position with no evenings, weekends, or call. You will be working in a comprehensive practice that provides medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, optical, and vision services to diverse underserved local communities. Our team serves over 13,500 patients annually, with 90% being low-income individuals and 70% requiring services in a language other than English.

Responsibilities:

- Provide psychiatric mental health care to patients in our community
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
- 1+ year of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
