Job Title: Guitar Technician

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. As a Guitar Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' instruments are in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
