Position Overview:
The Production Associate plays a vital role in executing various production tasks within the Ready to Cook (RTC) Department to meet daily production objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tools and equipment to process products efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Comply with USDA and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Rotate through different functions within the processing department as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Ensure regular and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills for following verbal and written instructions.
  • Capability to meet production line speed requirements.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for 8 – 10 hours daily.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Possible bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting.
  • Repetitive hand movements, including gripping, grasping, pinching, and pulling.

Working Environment:

  • Exposure to damp and cold conditions.
  • Work in proximity to loud machinery.
  • Interaction with chemicals and fumes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • No formal education required.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
