We are in search of a dedicated Certified Surgical Technician (CST) who is eager to contribute to a dynamic surgical team. This role is ideal for individuals who value hard work, continuous learning, and a supportive work environment.

Job Overview and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position with day shifts in the operating room. Under the direction of the Director of Surgical Services, the CST will assist in various surgical procedures alongside surgeons, registered nurses, and other operating room staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and understand the specific functions of surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies.
  • Gather, verify, and organize necessary supplies and equipment for surgical operations.
  • Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to adapt to change.
  • Maintain composure and effectively manage stressful situations with tact.
  • Uphold the highest standards of sterile technique throughout all procedures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to embrace new responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program.
  • Current AHA BLS certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire).
