Key Responsibilities

  • Aligning curriculum with state educational standards
  • Monitoring student progress through assessments based on established standards
  • Analyzing student performance data
  • Differentiating instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
  • Designing and delivering engaging lessons that adhere to curricular standards
  • Teaching four classes daily
  • Providing academic support through tutoring and study hall sessions
  • Planning and executing service learning initiatives
  • Advising students during daily advisory sessions
  • Maintaining accurate records of academic and behavioral data
  • Engaging with families through regular communication regarding student progress
  • Fostering a strong school culture focused on achievement
  • Implementing consistent academic and behavioral protocols to ensure a respectful and achievement-oriented environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support the school's mission
  • Participating in ongoing professional development activities
  • Engaging in team meetings to discuss grade-level objectives
