Job Opportunity

Matrix Providers is seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Technician to provide high-quality patient care and collect blood samples for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture and skin puncture techniques.
  • Ensure accurate patient identification and labeling of specimen samples.
  • Transport specimens to the laboratory for analysis.
  • Practice infection control standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in phlebotomy or related field.
  • Graduate from an academic course of phlebotomy with 120 didactic hours.
  • Certification/registration as determined by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or AMT.
  • Completed 40 hours as a Phlebotomy Technician within the past 3 years.
