Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep of apartment interiors and fixtures, as well as managing maintenance tasks in common areas and the property’s exterior. This role often involves collaboration with external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on apartment units.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of common areas.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance. The role requires participation in an on-call rotation, and candidates must provide their own tools.

Successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment reference check, background screening, and drug testing.

Essential Skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to regular attendance.
