Job Summary

An apprentice electrician will assist lead electricians in completing jobs while gaining crucial experience for their career. This role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop problem-solving skills, and gain hands-on experience in the electrical industry.

Job Duties
  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and services
  • Determining the general condition of electrical equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, and determining the extent of necessary repairs
  • Working with and understanding blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications
  • Identifying proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects
  • Using the Straight Forward Pricing Guide, accurately presenting repair or installation options, and completing safety inspections
Requirements
  • Experience may vary by location
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check and drug screening
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients about issues and provide accurate solutions
Compensation

$18.00 per hour
