This role involves operating various injection molding machinery to ensure the production of high-quality items that meet established standards for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and maintain production efficiency as per the approved benchmarks.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure products are free from defects.
  • Prepare products through deburring and cleaning processes to align with quality standards.
  • Package products according to specified guidelines.
  • Keep the workspace and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition.
  • Provide accurate reports on production and scrap counts at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with the previous shift to gather essential job-related information.
  • Report any issues to Team Leaders and supervisors promptly.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate is required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including extended periods of standing.
  • Basic math skills are necessary.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Regularly lift heavy boxes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Physical Requirements:
  • Consistently lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Work for up to 12 hours at a time, involving standing, squatting, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
