Toddler Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Goddard School in Flowery Branch. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development in our Toddler program
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education degree or certification preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in early childhood education; lead teacher experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and provide physical support to children as needed
