Job Description

Northwest Community Bank is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Configure and maintain user accounts and groups in active directory and exchange
  • Manage user access to bank systems
  • Support the implementation of new technology systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • AA/AS degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, remote software support, core software, ATM support, and Windows Operating Systems
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
