Job Title: Culinary Expert for Beach Club

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at the beach club. The successful candidate will be responsible for cooking all foods in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Follow all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for the property area and assist in protecting and safeguarding all property assets.
  2. Receive and understand food orders.
  3. Responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes.
  4. Have the ability to correctly work most cooking stations throughout the entire property and have working knowledge of all kitchen equipment.
  5. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Two (2) years' experience in a culinary operation such as, full-service hotel or restaurant is required.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
