Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of landscaping technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Oversee the installation of hardscape and landscape applications, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Communicate project plans and production goals to crew members and clients, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed, and maintenance protocols are in place to prevent accidents and damage to equipment.
  • Track and record expenses and crew hours worked, maintaining accurate records for project management and financial reporting.
  • Prepare job sites, ensuring they are clean and organized, and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams.
  • 2+ years of experience installing a variety of hardscape and landscape applications.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and operate standard landscaping machinery.
  • Valid WA driver's license (CDL preferred).
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record.
  • Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
