Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories to provide quality care.
  • Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments using advanced technology.
  • Provide exceptional chairside assistance to supported dentists during various procedures.
  • Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping.
  • Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage supply and inventory levels, expediting orders as needed.
  • Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office workflow.

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.

  • Certification in dental assisting and dental radiology issued by the state of Tennessee.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
