Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Catholic Health Initiatives. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages, from infants to seniors.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to practice medicine in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will have the chance to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and other physicians.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, from minor illnesses to complex chronic diseases.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide the highest level of care.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
- Active medical license in the state of Tennessee and/or Georgia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
