Responsibilities:
  • Perform First Article inspections according to AS9100 Rev. D standards for precision manufacturing.
  • Collaborate on PPAP / PFEMA's for new orders and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Complete Net-Inspect requirements for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality products.
  • Bid on repeat and new request for quotes, utilizing expertise in complex machined assemblies and spin formed parts.
  • Inspect finished and IPI products, verifying adherence to drawing requirements and process completion.
  • Communicate daily with Production Manager and Ops Manager to track all parts in Process, ensuring seamless production workflow.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents, including mechanical aptitude and good mathematical skills.
  • Familiarity with Calipers/Micrometers/Height Gauges and other Inspection equipment is essential.
  • Mechanical aptitude and keen eye for detail required, along with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience with E2 or similar ERP system and internal audit experience in accordance with AS9100 Rev. D is desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as Metal spinning, CNC machining, manual mills & lathes, Heat Treating, Chemical processing, and various types of welding.
  • Ability to quote for new jobs, both old and new, showcasing expertise in precision manufacturing.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum
