Coatings Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team at Forrest Management, LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings in multiple colors and finishes to different surfaces and products using a manual spray gun.

• Clean and prepare surfaces and products with multi-stage wash chemicals and a wand pressure washer
• Maintain temperature, air pressure, and coating flow to ensure a uniform, consistent, and quality powder coated part
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on powder coating equipment
• Load and unload parts from batch carts
• Inspect product for quality finish after cure

• Team-oriented individual with the ability to work independently
• 1-3 years experience in Powder Coating process including application, coating, curing, prepping, and troubleshooting
• Highly organized, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn and listen
• Ability to engage in repetitive tasks with focus on quality and efficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
