We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team at Alkegen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the Laminator Visual Management Board, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining a "Pull System" atmosphere to achieve high delivery rates.
This role requires strong computer skills, basic math skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience in inventory control or a related field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities- Review and maintain the Laminator Visual Management Board
- Ensure timely order processing and maintain a "Pull System" atmosphere
- Work with the Converting and Materials Manager to maintain Kanban and pull systems for WIP and FG
- Batch orders using experience and knowledge to reduce NVA setup times and scrap
- Review and maintain raw material stocking levels
- Assist the accounting department on inventory adjustments/corrections and be available for month end and year end closings
- Serve as an active participant in LSS programs that promote continuous improvement
- Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
- High School or equivalent Degree and experience in inventory control or related field would be a plus
- Basic math skills
- Strong computer skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel)
- Good working knowledge of the Oracle system preferred
