Job Overview

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at Horseshoe Bay Resort. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, enforcing resort standards, and ensuring the well-being of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and security breaches
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents
  • Provide expert testimony in litigation matters related to security and liability
  • Collect and manage lost property, issuing and recording keys as needed
  • Act as a dispatcher and monitor surveillance systems
  • Perform light office duties, including data entry, filing, and package receipt
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Private Security License and ability to meet state qualifications
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) and First Aid certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods
  • Occasional lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Specific vision abilities required
