Position Overview
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project estimation and management within the construction field.
2. Demonstrated experience in overseeing higher education construction projects, with an understanding of the specific challenges and requirements of this sector.
3. Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
7. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
