Mold Maker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mold Maker to join our team at Staff Management | SMX. As a Mold Maker, you will be responsible for utilizing various equipment and machinery to effectively maintain and repair complex injection molds in support of our Production departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble mold tooling for cleaning and repair.
  • Build new tooling and mold design.
  • Perform final fitting operations on purchased / repaired components for proper assembly.
  • Work from blueprints, sketches, general instructions to disassemble, inspect, repair, and assemble various molds, tools, and mechanical equipment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

This is a 1st shift position with benefits. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $40.00 per hour. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, and more. More details about benefits can be found at our website.
