Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team at YO HR CONSULTANCY. As a Founding Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our company and leading the development of our product features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the full stack development of critical product features, collaborating with the founders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Architect and design scalable systems, leveraging expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud environments like AWS.
  • Work closely with enterprise clients to understand their needs and provide technical support, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our solutions.
  • Participate in strategic discussions on vision, roadmap, and technical direction, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading software projects on a team, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud environments, with a solid understanding of production environments and scalability.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, with a strong focus on self-starting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for serving as a cultural leader and role model within our team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading an engineering team, with a strong understanding of technical leadership and mentorship.
  • Expertise in Django, Pandas, machine learning, data engineering, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with React, JavaScript, and other frontend technologies, with a strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment.
Technology Stack

We primarily use Python/Django on the backend, React on the frontend, and infrastructure consisting of AWS, Redshift, Postgres, and Redis. If you have experience with these technologies and are passionate about building scalable and efficient systems, we encourage you to apply.
