Position OverviewAs a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing processes by delivering a comprehensive range of warehousing and logistics services to meet customer and business expectations. Our Warehouse Operations Specialists are committed, diligent, and enthusiastic about achieving results. Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize exceptional customer service and take pride in every order fulfilled for our clients.
- Utilize a forklift to efficiently load and unload shipments and transport materials within the warehouse or production area.
- Organize and stage finished goods for distribution.
- Input data accurately using warehouse management software.
- Execute all assigned tasks and projects in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience operating a forklift is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency is necessary – familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry; SAP experience is a plus.
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 10-12 hours.
- Physical requirements include lifting, bending, and standing for prolonged durations.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Adhere to quality service standards and comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
