  • Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and QA.
Requirements
  • Testing Experience: 15+ years of testing experience, setting requirements, test protocols, and analyzing results.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading testing efforts.
  • Key Skills: Business Requirements Gathering, QA, Business Intelligence Tools.
  • Testing Expertise: Expertise in testing Web, SOA/WS, DW/ETL, JAVA backend applications.
  • Agile and Waterfall: Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall software development models.
  • Project Management Tools: Expertise in project management tools; HP ALM, Rally, JIRA.
  • Test Automation: Experience in applying test automation.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field. (Post graduate degree strongly preferred)
  • Professional Certification: Professional certification(s) desired.
