We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pheasant Wood Center in Peterborough, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire.
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a related setting.
  • CPR certification.
