Job Opportunity

Fusion Medical Staffing-Home Health is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in a Home Health Agency setting.

Job Summary

This is a 0-shift position that requires 40 hours per week of work, with a 8-hour day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as a RN and at least 6 months of recent Home Health experience.

Responsibilities
  • Complete nursing assessments of patients and document appropriately into patient records.
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Provide medical care in the privacy of patients' homes.
  • Requires driving to multiple patients' homes daily.
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Current RN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Valid auto insurance.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions.
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
