Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatrician to join our team at Unicare Community Health Center in Hesperia, CA. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services to pediatric populations from age 0-21 years within the scope of your training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide preventative care, immunizations, primary care, and treatment to pediatric patients.
  • Conduct health education and counseling to promote healthy habits and disease prevention.
  • Prescribe medications and order lab tests as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient visits and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree (MD, DO) and Board Certification in Pediatrics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Pediatrics Residency training.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in public health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR).
