Job Overview
As a Tax Consultant at H&R Block, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional tax services to our clients. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding results and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools
- Prepare accurate and complete tax returns
- Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
- Provide IRS support to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing
