Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Wellstar Health System, Inc. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures.
  • Position patients correctly and safely for imaging procedures.
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as needed.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal imaging performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • ARRT certification in radiography and computed tomography.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 1 year of experience in radiology, preferably in CT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
