Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cosmetic Vehicle Inspector to join our team at CarMax. As a key member of our reconditioning team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cosmetic inspections to identify any defects or damage on vehicles
- Perform various cosmetic reconditioning, cleaning, and repair processes to restore vehicles to their original condition
- Complete final quality inspections to ensure that vehicles meet CarMax standards
- Work collaboratively with the reconditioning team to achieve common goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a reconditioning or automotive environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or damage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
