Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Comply with all company safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance and repair, with a focus on production and manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems, electrical systems, and pneumatics.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PLC, HVAC, Ammonia, Refrigeration, or other specialty certifications.
  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or five years related experience and/or training in manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pulling, and bending, with the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds. The work environment is a combination of office and production settings, with exposure to variable weather conditions.
