  • Navigate complex engineering organizations within a government contracting context, balancing innovation with risk management.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in developing technical solutions for large-scale systems.
  • Proven leadership in systems engineering activities, including requirements development and technical execution.
  • Experience in crafting and responding to technical documentation to convey technological capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the acquisition lifecycle and ability to serve as a technical expert in multi-functional proposals.
  • Ability to work in undefined areas and adapt to new technologies and evolving requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop technical requirements and solutions that address critical issues.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Intelligence Community and DoD operational policies.
  • Expertise in architecting solutions and overseeing systems integration for government proposals.
  • Capacity to assist in strategic planning for technology investments and opportunity pipelines.


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Applied Physics is preferred.


Citizenship Requirement:

U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this position, as it requires an active U.S. Security Clearance from the start of employment.
