Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at WellStar Health System, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

• Deliver high-quality patient care through the application of evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and other communication methods to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Support the recruitment and retention of healthcare team members through effective communication and teamwork.

• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia or eligible for licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, regulations, and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
