About the Role

As a skilled Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to help them achieve their physical therapy goals. You will work collaboratively with a team of Physical Therapists to ensure optimal patient progress and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist (PT) License
• BLS Certifications
• Two years of recent Physical Therapist experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
