About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and performing duties related to Physician Referral Development, in-office marketing, and other administrative functions for ENT And Allergy Associates.

We are seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full-time Marketing Associate for our South New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices. This position is responsible for developing plans for ENTA physicians with measurable goals and objectives, conducting personal visits to referral sources and non-traditional sources weekly, identifying issues and concerns from referring offices and communicating them back to ENTA Physicians/Senior Team, and facilitating meetings for our physicians with referral sources and coordinating 'Lunch and Learns' to discuss new clinical offerings.

This position qualifies for commuter benefits, including a $5,000 car allowance, mileage, parking, tolls reimbursement, and a $75 monthly phone reimbursement. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and project management skills. They will be able to work in an office environment, utilizing typical office equipment, and travel from office to office via personal vehicle. Travel is required, but additional travel benefits will be provided.
