Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at UNC Health Care. As a key member of our rehabilitation service line, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients with neurological and developmental rehabilitation needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to identify and assess problems
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Provide splinting, aquatic therapy, and other occupational therapy services as needed
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Carolina
  • At least two years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably with experience in neurological and developmental rehabilitation
