Job Summary

The City of Aurora seeks a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for collecting, coordinating, and synthesizing information from multiple sources to assist in the completion of quality assurance tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and prepare qualitative and quantitative data from various sources to be used for quality assurance deliverables to key stakeholders.
  • Manage project-related administrative resources by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly organized, and accessible.
  • Contribute to APD's self-assessment, self-correcting, and accountability mechanisms post-Consent Decree through developed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and fostering of relationships with all APD stakeholders.
  • Assist in the formulation, recommendation, and implementation of policy and operations improvements or modifications.
  • Participate in recurring policy development meetings as requested, to help develop policies from a quality assurance perspective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least two years of project coordination, administrative, analytical, law enforcement, or community service experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Composition grammar and spelling.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, report generation, and maintenance of databases.
Working Conditions

This position may require the incumbent to occasionally use personal equipment (e.g. vehicle, cell phone, tools, etc.) in the course of their employment.
