Agricultural Millwright Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Millwright Foreman to join our team at Trillium Staffing. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday and Saturdays, with a typical workweek of 50-60 hours.

Job Duties:

• Supervise a crew of millwrights and work closely with management to ensure daily schedules are met.
• Monitor project progress and task completion, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Manage site safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all crew members.
• Perform welding, repair, and fabrication of equipment and machinery, as well as attach moving parts to assembly units.
• Rig and position industrial agricultural equipment, ensuring proper installation and alignment.
• Layout, assemble, and align equipment per construction documents, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a millwright, with agricultural experience strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of foreman experience, with a proven track record of supervising a crew.
• Ability to read and understand prints and drawings, as well as work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and insurable MVR.

• Starting salary of $35/hour, plus $100/day per diem.
