About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Hilltop Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
  • Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations
Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED
  • 2+ years of experience (Have other qualifying experience? We want to hear from you)
  • Motivated and organized team-player with strong problem-solving skills
