Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of team members to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team in making strategic decisions to drive sales and profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead a team of team members to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Oversee cash handling responsibilities and ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales and profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or casual dining environment
  • State alcohol-server and Manager certification
  • Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week and work flexible hours to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
  • Competency of basic computer functions
  • An understanding of training and development concepts
  • Ability to foster teamwork and lead a team of team members
  • Bilingual preferred
