Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of rockstars to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that exceed company standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

  • Operations: Own open, mid, and close routines for your shift, and set the next shift up for success by ensuring that all tasks are completed and that the restaurant is ready for the next team.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with your team, leadership, and guests to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Food Safety: Lead the restaurant in maintaining a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards.
Requirements
  • Previous Management Experience: A minimum of 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver an uncommon experience to our guests and team members.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds.
